Dimensions:
The cards are size A6 (10.5 x 14.9 cm – 4.1 x 5.8 inches) when folded. Paper weight: 240 gsm. Suitable envelopes are also included in the price.
The heart-shaped origami is approximately 7.5 x 6.5 cm and the space for a message is 7.5 x 4 cm. Paper weight 70 gsm.
The listed price if for one card, the handwritten message, its envelope, and a heart-shaped origami with a short message of your choice.

You can write your desired message in the notes section of your order during checkout. We will then contact you to discuss your personal message after you place your order.

What languages are the greetings offered in?
We currently offer personalized greetings in German, French, Italian, English, and Spanish (also feel free to contact us using any of these languages – although if you call, French, Italian, and English are the easiest for us to communicate in). Any other language using the Latin alphabet can be used as long as you provide the greeting.
What if you don’t understand the handwriting?
Our artist takes her time and tries to write in clear and cursive script. However, each person’s handwriting is unique, and it’s possible that we can’t all decipher each other’s writing.
This is why we encourage you to look at our writing samples (see the product pictures here), so you can decide for yourself if this is something you find easy to read.
Shipping:
I use plastic-free packaging, in this case a hardback envelope to keep it in perfect condition.
The card can be sent directly to the recipient with a personal message written inside. Just drop me a note when you order if this is something you want.
All orders (under 10 items – for larger orders you will get a delivery estimate) will be dispatched within 3 business days and sent via the Swiss Post.
International orders are also dispatched via the Swiss Post.
Please be aware that, as this is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service, we are unable to guarantee a specific date for delivery. The estimates given at the time of ordering are not guaranteed dates and, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.
International parcels do not include tracking, but if you would like your package tracked, please select the “Swiss Post – TRACKED” service in shipping at checkout.
Delivery times vary according to where you live in the world. Orders placed to countries in Europe usually arrive within 5 days. Orders placed to countries outside of Europe will take a bit longer. Proof of postage can be supplied if you request it.
