Picture yourself in the morning, sitting at your writing desk and opening a handcrafted origami star to discover your prompt for the day. Next, you open up your customized journal and let your thoughts flow onto the page. Your star-shaped paper clip will securely hold the opened prompts so they stay safe inside your journal.
The prompts are carefully crafted by a life coach, using principles from CBT and narrative therapy. Their aim is to help you with coaching prompts to persevere and thrive. You’ll have 60 unique prompts, enough for 2 months of daily journaling.
You can use the journaling set yourself or gift it to someone you love to offer them a special moment for themselves daily.
Dimensions:
The journal is size A6 (14 x 9 cm or 5.5 x 3.55 inches). It is available in different colors and it has 48 pages, so you can fill in more than one page even if you do all the prompts. The pages are lined.
The origami stars are approximately 1.5 cm accross (0.6 inches). Colors vary depending on availability. Please contact me if you would like specific colors, or write your preference in the order notes at checkout.
The box is as presented in the photographs, a pastel pink color. Colors may vary depending on screen settings. It is 5 x 5 x 5 cm (1.9 x 1.9 x 1.9 inches). It has a round label with the words “Keep Going” handwritten on it.
The listed price is for one journal, 60 origami stars with prompts and their box, and one star-shaped paper clip. You can pair this set with a handwritten greeting card to make a thoughtful gift.

What languages are the prompts offered in?
We currently offer journaling prompts in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish (also feel free to contact us using any of these languages – although if you call, English, French and Italian are the easiest for us to communicate in).
What if you don’t understand the handwriting?
Our artist takes her time and tries to write in clear and cursive script. However, each person’s handwriting is unique, and it’s possible that we can’t all decipher each other’s writing.
This is why we encourage you to look at our writing samples (see the product pictures here), so you can decide for yourself if this is something you find easy to read. Feel free to contact us about this though, as we have written the prompts in caps on request.
Shipping:
I use plastic-free packaging, in this case a cardboard box to keep your journaling prompts box in perfect condition.
The set can be sent directly to the recipient with a personal message written inside. Just drop me a note when you order if this is something you want.
I will dispatch all orders under 10 items within 3 business days and sent via the Swiss Post. For larger orders I will also include a delivery estimate.
We also dispatch international orders via the Swiss Post.
Please be aware that, as this is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service, we are unable to guarantee a specific date for delivery. The estimates given at the time of ordering are not guaranteed dates and, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.
International parcels do not include tracking, but if you would like your package tracked, please select the “Swiss Post – TRACKED” service in shipping at checkout.
Delivery times vary according to where you live in the world. Orders placed to countries in Europe usually arrive within 5 days. Orders placed to countries outside of Europe will take a bit longer. We can supply proof of postage if you request it.
