Our aim at Handwritten Love Notes is to provide our products in a caring and sustainable way. In order to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have put together a series of terms as described below.
1. Applicability
The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor, Scherzligweg 4, 3600, Thun (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) sells goods to businesses / private customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) offered in the online shop with the following conditions of sale and delivery (GTC). Prices for supplies and services in this contract are in Swiss Francs, below abbreviated as CHF.
2. Conclusion
The contract between the Customer and the Provider is not concluded until the order placed by the customer is accepted by the Provider. The order is made on the internet and is binding. The Provider accepts the order by providing the customer with an order confirmation via email.
3. Product Range
The information the customer receives during the ordering process concerning the goods is based on details provided directly by the Provider.
The Provider makes an effort to present and describe the goods as realistically as possible.
A slight deviation in colour through presentation on the monitor or in print cannot be excluded. All product descriptions are only available in English.
4. Payment
All published prices are indicative prices that are continuously adjusted to the market. These are in Swiss Francs (CHF) for all customers in Switzerland.
For customers outside of Switzerland, the published prices exclude any taxes. Your local VAT will apply once you import the purchased items. For customers, the valid prices (excl. VAT) are always the ones published in the order confirmation sent by The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor.
5. Delivery Time and Stocks
Products in stock are immediately delivered to the address specified by the customer (within 1-2 working days for Swiss deliveries).
For bulk and custom-made orders, a written confirmation with the expected delivery date will be sent to the customer. You can also contact us before placing your orders if you require a delivery estimate, or check the product description for each custom-made offering to see more details about estimated production time.
Should a product no longer be available no delivery will follow and The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor may withdraw from the contract. In this case the customer will be fully reimbursed.
The goods are delivered from Thun. Deliveries prices vary and are calculated automatically for each order at checkout.
Any additional costs during the import process for customs, clearance and compulsory taxation at the delivery address specified by the customer will be borne by the customer.
The specified delivery times are to be understood as a reference and cannot be guaranteed by us.
6. Payment
The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor accepts debit and credit cards and PayPal payments. All payments are handled through our payment provider PayPal. Payment is due at checkout.
7. Return Policy
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days as per our Returns Policy (no right of return of goods sold in Sale or custom-made goods). Please return the items in an undamaged, functional, complete state and in undamaged, original packaging. Please notify us at hello@weaverofstories.com so we can confirm your return. You will bear the delivery cost. The right of return begins with receipt of the goods by the customer. The customer pays the shipping and import cost of the return and bears any risk and liability of return shipments. We recommend tracked and/or insured shipments.
Please contact us if you want to return the goods after the deadline so we can look for a suitable solution for you.
No right of return on clearance sales (sale), custom-made products.
8. Warranty for Defects and Liability
Defective products will be replaced or repaired free of charge if the defect is reported by the customer within 14 working days in writing after the receipt of goods. If a product is no longer repairable or replaceable, it will be replaced with an equivalent successor product, will be exchanged or a credit will be given.
The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor is not liable for damages that are caused by incorrect use or natural wear and tear or for damage not caused to the delivery itself (consequential damages).
9. Intellectual Property
The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor reserves all rights for any design, text or graphics on their website. Copying or any other reproduction of the entire website or parts of it requires written permission (via email) by The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor. All other trademarks, product names, company names or logos on this website are property of their original owner.
10. Data Protection
The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor ensures the adherence of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal regulations whilst processing and using personal data. The accumulated customer data during the ordering process will only be used to fulfil your order and for internal market research purposes. A transfer to third parties occurs only for order processing and shipping and is absolutely necessary for proper service and delivery. The customer agrees to this use of his data.
11. Applicable Law
The present terms and contracts concluded under this GTC are subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN purchase right (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Bern.
12. Final Provisions
The conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time a purchase at the The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor online shop is made. These terms and conditions apply in particular if they should differ from those of the customer. The Weaver of Stories by D. Condor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
