The text for your mini handwritten note will be personalized to your tastes. We will offer suggestions of our own, and can work together to make sure your messages are tailored to your expectations.
Dimensions:
The cards are 9 cm x 5 cm (color options: white or kraft) and 9 cm x 5.5 cm (color options: white). That makes them similar to business cards in size.
The envelopes are 10.5 cm x 7 cm.
You can choose the envelope color from the ones in the product gallery.
The listed price if for one card, its handwritten message, and its envelope. For orders larger than 50 cards, please contact us for a quote and deadline.
Custom Message:
You can write your desired message in the notes section of your order during checkout. We will then contact you to discuss your personal message after you place your order.

What languages are the greetings offered in?
We currently offer personalized greetings in German, French, Italian, English, and Spanish (also feel free to contact us using any of these languages – although if you call, French, Italian, and English are the easiest for us to communicate in). Any other language using the Latin alphabet can be used as long as you provide the greeting.
What if you don’t understand the handwriting?
Our artist takes great care to write in clear and cursive script. However, each person’s handwriting is unique, and it’s possible that we can’t all decipher each other’s writing.
This is why we encourage you to look at our writing samples (see the product pictures here), so you can decide for yourself if this is something you find easy to read.

You can choose your desired color and envelope type during the ordering process. Please tell us what message you want us to write in the notes box during checkout.
Shipping:
I use plastic-free packaging, in this case a hardback envelope to keep it in perfect condition.
The card can be sent directly to the recipient with a personal message written inside. Just drop me a note when you order if this is something you want.
All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day and sent via the Swiss Post.
International orders are also dispatched via the Swiss Post.
Please be aware that, as this is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service, we are unable to guarantee a specific date for delivery. The estimates given at the time of ordering are not guaranteed dates and, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.
International parcels do not include tracking, but if you would like your package tracked, please select the “Swiss Post – TRACKED” service in shipping at checkout.
Delivery times vary according to where you live in the world. Orders placed to countries in Europe usually arrive within 5 days. Orders placed to countries outside of Europe will take a bit longer. Proof of postage can be supplied if you request it.
